I give permission for my child/children ___________________________to attend the Mississippi Baptist Youth Night with the youth group of Malmaison Baptist Church on July 16^th, 2010. I understand that the youth will leave Malmaison Baptist Church at 1:30 P.M. and return after the event. We usually get home between 12:00 to 1:00 A.M.
